We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Western Australia territory and drive strategic growth across key accounts, distributors, workshops, and automotive partners.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll play a key role in expanding market share, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and representing globally recognised automotive brands across the WA market.
This is a field-based role — you’ll be out on the road building relationships, identifying opportunities, and making a real impact where it counts.
- Manage and grow the WA territory across distributors, workshops, and key automotive partners
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Develop strategic account plans to increase market penetration
- Drive sales performance through indirect channels and key partners
- Promote and strengthen brand presence across the WA market
- Provide product support and commercial guidance to customers
- Deliver presentations, product training, and customer engagement activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Maintain CRM updates, reporting, forecasting, and territory planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and support
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives

About You :
- Previous experience in Business Development, Territory Management, or Automotive Sales
- Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry
- Workshop, mechanical, or automotive trade background highly regarded
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence outcomes
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for growth and customer engagement
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland as required
