Production Worker – Automotive Manufacturing

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing and assembly operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved.

This role requires reliable and safety-focused individuals who can work effectively within a team environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and productivity.

About the role :

Monroe Australia is seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers within automotive manufacturing to support our continued growth at our Adelaide manufacturing operations.

As part of our expanding operations, we are looking for hands-on team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products that support some of the most recognised automotive brands in the industry.

Key responsibilities :

  • Assembly & Production:
    Operate on production lines and manufacturing cells to support daily production targets and ensure products are assembled to required specifications.
  • Quality Control:
    Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained and defects are identified and reported promptly.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
  • Machine Operation:
    Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with training and procedures.
  • Teamwork:
    Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow and support operational requirements.
  • Housekeeping:
    Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and production areas in line with company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Contribute ideas and support process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Flexibility:
    Support operational requirements across day and afternoon shifts, including overtime where required.
