Terms and conditions for DRiV Community Promo – Yeti (April 2026)
1. The Promoter is DRiV Incorporated also known as Monroe Australia Pty Ltd, 1326 South Road, Clovelly Park, SA 5042. ABN 68 007 525 386. (“Promoter”)
2. Information on how to enter in the promotion form part of these conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions by each participant.
3. The promotion is only valid for workshops, installers and mechanics across Australia who;
a) are operating within Australia and are aged 18 years or older;
b) have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions
4. The promotion period is defined as the month of April commencing from 12:01AM AEDT on 01st Apr 2026 to 11:59PM AEDT 30th April 2026. (“Promotion Period”)
5. Prizes: The prize is a Monroe Yeti valued at ~$70. 5 Prizes are available for the promotion.
6. Prizes are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
7. The Promoter makes no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to this competition or the merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose regarding any prize or any component of any prize.
8. How it works: Join the DRiV community, answer the 3 simple questions. The correct answers will go into a prize draw.
9. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected within 14 days from the end of the promotional period, based on responses.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Winner Notifications : Winners will be notified via call or email within 14 days of the winner selection. The prizes will be delivered within 45 days of notification to the mentioned address.
12. Winner Conditions : Maximum limit of 1 Prize per individual.
13. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected registrations.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity or details of the entrant.
15. Consent to use and disclosure of personal information: Each entrant acknowledges and consents to the disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter to its contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and agents for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and to State and Territory gaming authorities as required, and the winner’s name may be published as required under the relevant legislation. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information. Entrants should direct any request to opt out of the use and/or disclosure of their personal information to the Promoter.
16. The promoter reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion without any prior notice.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of identification and/or proof of purchases [invoices] for Monroe purchases from winners as necessary.
18. The winners must provide their contact information including name of business, contact number, email address and business address when receiving the prizes.
19. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Monroe Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting of the prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise in connection with the prizes received and participants should seek and rely on their own independent financial advice.
